Nordic Walking Class in Ashland, OR

Through Ashland Parks & Rec, trainer Carol Lee Rogers has scheduled beginner Nordic Walking classes on Tuesday, October 16 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The cost is just $10. Rogers, who operates You Can Do It Now!, will have demo poles available. Pre-registration is required. Call Parks and Rec (541-488-5340) or Carol Lee Rogers (541-482-1887) to sign up; call her if you want to use her poles. You can also email her at CarolLee@YouCanDoItNow.net.

Additionally, she has scheduled an advance Nordic Walking class for September 30. She is offering other classes in Ashland and Medford in October and November. She specializes in yoga, stretching and anti-osteoporosis/bone-loss-prevention classes.
