	Office Workers Burn their Calories through NW
	Are you a walker? Ever fancied a cross country skiing trip? Well Nordic Walking may just be the answer for you to keep fit. An intrepid group of usually sedentary office workers, from the Council and from the Local Health Board in Monmouth turned up for a lunch time session of Nordic Walking around Vauxhall fields. 	The tenth anniversary of the outdoor activity pioneered in Finland and known as "Nordic walking" was celebrated at the Paloheinä recreational area in the north of Helsinki on Sunday. 	Marathon by the Sea Adds Nordic Walking 21K
	The 2007 Marathon by the Sea will be on September 23, 2007 at St. John, New Brunswick, Canada. This year, a new category is added to the event: Nordic Walking.
