Nathan Alsobrook was recently named the new head coach of the Nordic Skiing program of his alma mater, the Bowdoin College.
Alsobrook, being the former head coach of the Whitman (Wash.) College nordic ski program, began his collegiate career as an assistant under Marty Hall at Bowdoin in 1999.
Moreover, aside from graduating magna cum laude with a major in English, he was also a four-year competitor on the nordic ski team as well as a cross-country and track team.
"Our Nordic skiing program took great strides under the leadership of Marty Hall and we look forward to seeing Nathan Alsobrook continue that trend," said director Jeff Ward.
