Free Nordic Ski Walking Clinics During Senior Expo

TUESDAY, 17 APRIL 2007

Free Nordic Ski Walking clinics are coming to the Senior Expo “Ideas For Life” at the Traverse City Civic Center in Michigan from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6th.

The Senior Expo “Ideas For Life” will feature exhibits from businesses and organizations that provide products and/or services for seniors.

Free Nordic Walking clinics will be hosted by Pete Edwards – owner/founder/coach of SKIWALKING.COM Nordic Walking Poles. Walking with poles provides a more effective workout than regular walking – basically turbo charging the average walking campaign. Free lessons and free use of real Nordic Walking poles will be provided. NO snow and NO skis required.
