Hello again everyone, i just wanna ask is it ok to nordic walk with someone who has a different fitness level as I do? I'm planning to do it with a couple of younger friends and I'm worried that they might have a hard time in coping since it'll be their first time!

Yes of course drei! The one who is more fit can simply increase the
exertion on the poles
to intensify the practice while maintaining the same
walking pace with the other partner. I hope you and your friends will enjoy this workout!

hey there drei, I don't think there will be a problem if you'll nordic walk with someone who has different fitness level, anyone can adjust and this sport can easily be learned.

There's no problem if you do this with others who have a different fitness levels. In fact doing it with them is a good idea. If you are one of those people who are already an expert in this kind of activity, you can help them in the process of doing it. It is therefore beneficial on your part because you have a companion and on their part they have an instant instructor. :)
