Nordic walking is very little known or used here . In my area I hardly see anyone walking with poles.

I did not find here the proffesional Nordic Walking Poles .They would have been very expensive , and so un atractive.

I decide to promote the cheap walking poles. I bought on ebay some poles with a good handle (Can seen on my website http://www.walkingisraelis.com ) and I am using them . I have also Nordic Walking poles with gloves .

To my opinion , it is much easier to use the poles without  the gloves . As you may know Tom Rutlin is promoting his Nordic Walking Poles which do not use gloves. I enjoy the walking with the poles , and they have the same effect like the poles with the gloves .
