Hi to all! I'm a newbie, do you think nordic walking would help in tightening my belly and losing this ugly fats around my abs?

yes of course Icraig, nordic walking is a total body workout so I guess it will help in losing those love handles but you have to work on it

yeah, believe it or not it will lessen those flabs! before I had a bulging belly but after some weeks I notice it's slowly becoming firm, it made me feel good! :D

yep it is the same as working out. Only in this type of exercise your not lifting anything. If you do this you will definitely loose those extra fats. But you should make sure that you are also eating a balance diet. Otherwise all your efforts wil be put to waste. All the calories you burned through walking will go back because you are not eating healthy.

Definitely! this is a good alternative for the traditional exercises and workout sessions. This is a total work out that does not only make you fit and strong but also healthy inside out.

This is a good form of exercise. No offense to those who do weight lifts and fitness routines but I find this more effective because you can really loose extra fats and flabby belly by just walking and without all the stress it will take if you go into a routine. Of course a balance diet will also help you reach your goal.

Well of course this activity can help you burn those extra fats and transform you into a physically fit person. It is a safe way to burn fats without undergoing medication and tremendous diet. Easy to do and no side effects!

absolutely! it's a full body workout in itself so expect the calories to burn and watch your tummy shrink.
