  EXERSTRIDING/NORDIC WALKING?

I am getting confused on what to call this sport? is it exerstriding, nordic walking or nordic skiing?

To avoid so much confusion just call it nordic walking. Although I think most of the things you have mentioned have something to do with this kind of activity. It looks like you are skiing but not on ice. Plus, You are definitely striding.. Hope you enjoy this activity just like I do.

yeah i suppose we can call it Nordic Walking.. Though definitely not just walking.
