From my own experience, Nordic walking is an activity that us not really prone to injuries if you do it the right way and you don't overly stressed yourself into walking more miles than what you are capable of. Warming up is important so that your lower limbs will be prepared and won't break under pressure. Just like in running a comfortable shoes is also needed to avoid injuries.

my wrist and thumb ached one time, probably because of how I gripped the nordic walking poles. It ached for days, but I didn't really worry too much,

not so sure if this is normal among nordic walkers, but I had an ankle sprain for a couple of times. Maybe I made a wrong step or somethin', shame on me!

Thanks a lot.

Later.

Apart from individual buying, if you nfl wholesale are associated with a fan club or a nfl jerseys wholesaler soccer club, then it is more advantageous to check and see if your club has any association with the soccer jersey shops, so that a bulk order for its nhl jerseys club members can be provided as a compliment or for a discounted price.
