hey jeff welcome to nordic walking community! Well I personally like to nordic walk in the morning, it somehow conditions my body for the rest of the day, it gives me more energy to work for the next hours. Right now I do not consider nordic walking in the afternoon because of the change in daylight savings time.

I normally do it in the afternoon around 4pm and I try to invite my friends to walk with me so it will be more fun!

Love to do it in the morning because I feel more relax during those time. I can enjoy the view while I'm walking and it helps me continue walking. I don't want to do it on afternoon because I felt more tired. Guess I am just a morning person. Choose a time that suits your schedule and your system because it varies from person to person but anytime would do as long as your up to it.

I prefer to do it in the morning. I guess this is due to the fact that I have regained much energy during the nights sleep and in the morning I am more than ready to walk and enjoy the scenery outside.

i do it in the morning but I think walking in the afternoon will just bring the same results. It all depends in your schedule. In my case I can do it in the morning because I am not that busy and I can also do it in the afternoon. Choose the best time for your schedule and for your own comfortability.

I suggest you do it during sunrise or sunset. The view during this hours are breath taking and will definitely relax you. If you are walking in a very nice place with pleasant sights and fresh air your walk will be a much easier one and less tiring. As much as possible consider the place where you do this walking because they greatly affect your routine.

Available in amazing green bay packers sizes and colors, sports jersey can help soccer nfl jerseys wholesale fans to become the centre of nfl jersey attention, wherever they go. If you are on a lookout for an authentic jersey, one can contact a sports jersey store and if possible the team's official store which is selling the team's gear.
