how long do nordic walking poles last? do expensive poles last longer than cheaper ones?
what do you think? I'm planning on investing on a good quality pole that's why i wanna hear from all of you here.

it actually depends on how you take care of them jeff. Yeah there are nordic walking poles that are cheap but once you know how to maintain them, then it will definitely last a long time.

Hi Jeff! it can last for month, years really depends on you. Generally you just have to care for your precious poles. I've had mine for I think 2months and it's still working well.

the life of poles, like most things, depends on their initial quality and the maintenance and care of their users :D
