HI everyone!!!!
Just had this question in mind, do you weigh yourself everyday? I am kinda conscious with my figure so everyday I see to it that i weigh in!

i don't do it everyday, just whenever i remember it.. like last weekend when i wasn't too busy i was just bummin around my place so it came to mind. haha thank god i still had the same weight, haven't gained. whew!!!!

YES i do, i guess it's a nice practice so i would be in control of my body, i would somehow know if i am getting big or i'm loosing weight.

Good question Kaki cos I haven't weighed myself for almost two months now.lol. Makes me wonder if I gained or what! yikes...

Hi there -kaki-! As for me I do not usually weigh myself everyday. Once a week checking of my weight will do just to keep track if I'm losing or still gaining weight even after working out.

i generally don't weigh myself everyday but rather once a week. i find that it's easier to keep a weekly weight report rather than a daily one so you can monitor changes.

i dont really weight myself on a daily or even weekly basis. Only when i remember or when i have to. But for people who are on an exercise program, especially weight loss, they should really keep an eye on the weigh scale.
